Course Structure
Level 1: Introduction to Tajweed & Quranic Symbols
Learn what Tajweed truly means and understand the essential Quranic signs found in the Mushaf.
Level 2: Stopping & Starting Rules
Master how to correctly stop, pause, and continue reading—ensuring smooth, accurate recitation.
Level 3: Core Tajweed Foundations
Learn Qalqalah, the difference between heavy and light letters, types of Hamzah, and the rules of Sun and Moon letters.
Level 4: Nun Sakinah, Mim Sakinah & Ghunnah
Understand how these letters work, when they are hidden, merged, or clearly pronounced, and learn the ranks of Ghunnah.
Level 5: Madd (Elongation) Rules
Learn the two main categories of Madd—primary and secondary—and practice their correct lengths.
Level 6: Assimilation & Special Meeting Rules
Master Idghaam (assimilation) and understand the rule of Iltiqā’ as-Sākinain (meeting of two silent letters).
Level 7: Special Tajweed Cases & Letter Comparisons
Learn disjointed letters, important letter comparisons, and special Tajweed situations that appear throughout the Quran.
Level 8: Makharij al-Huruf (Articulation Points)
Discover where each letter originates in the mouth and throat for perfect, precise pronunciation.
Level 9: Sifat al-Huruf (Letter Characteristics)
Study the qualities of each letter and practice applying them with Sukoon to strengthen clarity and control.
Small Tests & Certificates
At the end of each level, students complete a short, friendly test to assess progress. After passing, they receive a certificate of completion.
