Norulamal – Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy

2.1 Weekly Class Plans

Students may choose from 1 to 7 classes per week depending on their subscription plan.

2.2 Class Duration

Class length is determined by the selected plan:

• 30 minutes
• 60 minutes

2.3 Rescheduling Rules

Rescheduling is allowed with at least 3 hours' notice.

There is no monthly limit, but:

• Makeup lessons must be completed within the same month.
• They must fit within the teacher's available schedule.
• Makeup classes cannot be transferred to the next month.

2.4 Absence Without Notice

• If a student does not attend without informing, the class is counted.
• If a student does not arrive by the halfway point of the class and did not inform us, they are marked absent, and the class is counted.

2.5 Teacher Holidays

Teachers take 2 days off for each Eid.

These Eid days are not rescheduled, except if:

• The student requests it
• And the teacher agrees

No other paid holidays apply.

3.1 Monthly Payments

Fees are calculated based on:

• The number of classes scheduled for that month
• The per-lesson price according to the student's plan

3.2 Payment Deadline

All payments must be made in advance, on the 1st of each month.

For first-time students: they only pay the remaining classes of the first month after the trial, then switch to the standard monthly payment schedule.

3.3 Late Payments

• If payment is not made on time and parents do not contact support, the system will automatically stop classes.
• If parents inform us of a delay, we may temporarily keep classes running until the stated payment date.

3.4 Accepted Payment Methods

• Bank Transfer
• PayPal
• Wise
• Other methods: contact support

4.1 Refunds After Starting Classes

Refunds are allowed at any time.

We refund the remaining lessons after deducting:

• The classes already completed
• According to the per-lesson unit price (£7/£6/£5 depending on the subscription plan)

4.2 Stopping Enrollment

Parents may stop anytime, but we prefer one month's notice to manage teacher scheduling.

4.3 If Norulamal Cannot Provide a Teacher

If Norulamal cannot provide a teacher for several days:

Parents may choose to:

• Extend the classes OR
• Receive a refund for the missed lessons

6.1 For Teacher Absence

If a teacher misses a class:

The student receives a free makeup class

6.2 For Student Personal Reasons

Makeup classes are allowed only if:

• Informed 3 hours before class
• Must be completed within the same month
• Must align with the teacher's available schedule

6.3 No Monthly Limit

There is no limit to the number of allowed makeup classes, as long as they follow the rules above.

7.1 Class Etiquette

Students must:

• Keep the camera on during class
• Join from a quiet, distraction-free environment
• Be ready 5 minutes before class
• Show respect and proper manners toward teacher

7.2 Class Recordings

Classes are recorded for:

• Student revision
• Parent follow-up
• Quality assurance
• Teacher performance evaluation
• Reviewing complaints (if any)

Recordings appear on both the student and parent dashboard.

8.1 Data Protection

• Student progress data is stored securely and never shared with external parties.
• We don't store any payment data.
• Teachers don't share personal WhatsApp numbers or contact details with students or parents and communication between teacher and parent must be through our system dashboards.

8.2 Class Recordings

Recordings are used only for educational and quality purposes.

9.1 Number of Trial Classes

Students may take up to 2 free trial classes, each with a different teacher.

9.2 Confirmation

Parents should confirm enrollment:

• Preferably right after the trial
• No later than 24 hours to secure the teacher's schedule

10.1 Ramadan Adjustments

Class times remain the same unless:

• They conflict with prayer times
• Or with iftar time

In this case, schedules may be adjusted during Ramadan and return to normal afterward.

10.2 Eid Holidays

Teachers get 2 days off for each Eid, not deducted or rescheduled unless:

• Students request rescheduling
• And teachers agree

11.1 Referral Discount

Parents who refer a new student receive:

• 10% off for one month

The new student also receives:

• 10% off for their first month

The referring teacher may receive:

• A small bonus (gift) from the academy aligned with the family or student name.

We only use student testimonials with explicit permission.
